Life of love and peace

Purify body and mind by practising good habits
  1. Do not eat any food after sun set.
  2. Do not be passionate about life.
  3. Do what is to be done with detachment.
  4. Do not waste time.
  5. Do not consume what is not earned.
  6. Do not harbour any bitterness towards anyone.
  7. Love everyone and attach with humanity.
  8. Disagree with someone but love them more for their differing views.
  9. Pray regularly.
  10. Do not think too much about past (to be consistent) and do not plan too much about future (to achieve).
  11. Just live life each moment.
